When not teaching at VCSU I like to hunt, fish, do carpentry, and travel. Previously I taught at Velva, ND, Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, Mandaree, ND, Minot State University, and the University of North Dakota. My current teaching assignments include Earth Sciences, Chemistry, Science Teaching Methods, and supervision of science student teachers. Recently I have been involved in Earth Expeditions research/coursework in Namibia, Mongolia, Borneo, and Baja Mexico plus previous travel/studies in Costa Rica and the Peruvian Amazon.
