Welcome to the Course!
Before we get started with the nuts and bolts of <course subject here>, lets take a few days to familiarize ourselves with the online environment, and each other. If you have yet to do so, please take a minute to check out the CTDLC's Learning System Help Page, to be sure you are up to speed on the latest release of Blackboard.

Module Zero Activities
To Complete Module Zero:

• Download the Module Zero Worksheet and save it to your local hard drive.
• Open the document in a word processor and answer all of the questions.
• Save the completed worksheet as "First initial_Lastname_m0.rtf" (eg. J_Doe_m0.rtf.)
• In the Module Zero Forum of the Discussion Board, post a brief (~one paragraph) personal biography outlining your areas of interest, skills and talents, and anything else you would like your classmates to know about you. Include the Completed Module Zero Worksheet as an attachment to your bio post.
• (optional) If you have a digital picture of yourself, reply to your original bio post with an additional message with your photo attached. If you are unsure how to use the discussion board, review the About the Discussion Board section of the Blackboard Online User's Manual.
• Feel free to reply to other classmates to welcome them to the course, discuss items of common interest, or just say 'Hi."
• Finally, using the Blackboard email tool, compose and send a message to the instructor addressing the following question: What is the best email address and phone number to contact you outside of Blackboard?
